The Management Board of Quantum software S.A. with its registered office in Kraków (the “Issuer”) hereby announces that today it has become aware that its subsidiary, i.e. Quantum Qguar sp. z o.o. (the “Subsidiary”) and Zakłady Przemysłu Cukierniczego “Otmuchów” S.A. concluded an agreement to design, license, implement and launch Qguar WMS PRO, Qguar MES and Qguar TMS systems, train users thereon, and provide support and repair services for a fee (the “Agreement”).
The total amount of the Agreement shall be 1,237,992.00 PLN (in words: one million, two hundred and thirty-seven thousand and nine hundred and ninety-two zloty and zero groszy).
