The Management Board of Quantum software S.A. based in Kraków (“Issuer”) informs that it has received information from Quantum Qguar sp. z o.o. (a 100% subsidiary of the Issuer) (the “Company”) that its Management Board on December 27, 2023 adopted a resolution on the payment to the sole shareholder of a dividend from the Company’s Supplementary Capital in the amount of PLN 1,600,000.00 (in words: one million six hundred thousand PLN 00/100). The payment date was set for December 28, 2023.
