The Management Board of Quantum software S.A. (“the Company”), informs that in the report No. 15/2023 regarding the appointment of a new Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company, a wrong date was mistakenly indicated informing about the adoption by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Quantum software S.A. of a resolution on the appointment of Mr. Andrzej Walus to the Supervisory Board of the Company. The correct date of adoption of the resolution in this regard is 19.12.2023, instead of the incorrectly entered date of 12.12.2023.
