Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board decided to introduce on September 25th, 2007  to exchange trading in the WSE Main List:

a) 250.000 series B bearer ordinary shares
b) 470.000 series C bearer ordinary shares

under conditional registration of series B and C bearer ordinary shares as “PLQNTUM00018” by National Depository for Securities on 25th September 2007. This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
