In connection with Current Report No. 18/2017 communicated on 27-06-2017, in which the Management Board of Quantum software S.A. (the Issuer) announced that depending on the progress of the redemption registration process concerning 165,887 treasury shares, the dividend paid for 2016 would be either 1.64 PLN or 1.46 PLN per share, we hereby announce that the dividend will cover 1,480,757 shares. Consequently, the dividend per share will be 1.46 PLN.
