The Management Board of Quantum software SA (the “Company”) informs that, according to calculations as of 1st March, 2024, the estimated consolidated results of the Quantum software SA Capital Group for 2023 amounted to:
- Revenue: PLN 51,100 thousand, including:
(i) from the sale of Qguar licenses and services: PLN 38,300 thousand (licenses PLN 4,350 thousand, service PLN 21,410 thousand, other services PLN 12,540 thousand),
(ii) from the sale of goods: PLN 12,270 thousand,
(iii) other: PLN 530 thousand.
- EBITDA: PLN 3,730 thousand.
The presented values constitute estimates obtained during the preparation of the consolidated financial statements for 2023 and will still be subject to verification, also by a certified auditor. The Company’s Management Board notes that the final results will be presented in the consolidated annual report and may differ from the preliminary data indicated above. According to the publication schedule of periodic reports (current report no. 1/2024), the consolidated annual report for 2023 will be published on April 30, 2024.
