The Management Board of Quantum software SA (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”) informs that in connection with the Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders of Quantum software SA convened on December 19, 2023 and point 7 of the announced agenda, the following persons have received candidacies for members of the Supervisory Board:
- Mr. Andrzej Walus
- Mr. Arkadiusz Radwan
