The Management Board of Quantum software S.A. (the Company) announces that on 26 June 2017 the Ordinary General Meeting of Quantum software S.A. adopted resolution No. 6/2017 on the distribution of net profit of Quantum software S.A. for 2016. (the Resolution).
The Ordinary General Meeting has decided to allocate the entire net profit of the Company for 2016 in the amount of 2,166,647.38 PLN (two million, one hundred and sixty-six thousand and six hundred and forty-seven zloty and thirty-eight groszy) for shareholder dividend.
Pursuant to the Resolution, the dividend record date, i.e. the date when the list of shareholders entitled to dividend for the financial year ended on 31 December 2016 is compiled shall be 25 August 2017. The dividend payment day shall be 8 September 2017.
At the same time, the Management Board of Quantum software S.A. announces that the number of shares covered by dividend will depend on the registration of redemption of treasury shares (in connection with Resolution No. 5 concerning the redemption of 165,887 treasury shares adopted by the EGMS of QS S.A. on 16 March 2017), and so:
I. If as at the dividend day, i.e. 25 August 2017 the redemption registration process is completed, then the dividend will cover 1,314,870 shares. Consequently, the dividend per share will be 1.64 PLN.
II. If as at the dividend day, i.e. 25 August 2017 the redemption registration process is still pending, then the dividend will cover 1,480,757 shares. Consequently, the dividend per share will be 1.46 PLN.
