In addition to Communication No. 2/2024 of March 4 2024. The Management Board of Quantum software SA (“Company”) informs that according to calculations as of March 18, 2024, the estimated consolidated results of the Group for 2023 amounted to:
- Operating profit (EBIT): PLN 2,923 thousand,
- Net profit: PLN 2,826 thousand.
The presented values constitute estimates obtained during the preparation of the consolidated financial statements for 2023 and will still be subject to verification, also by a certified auditor. The Company’s Management Board notes that the final results will be presented in the consolidated annual report and may differ from the preliminary data indicated above. According to the publication schedule of periodic reports (current report no. 1/2024), the consolidated annual report for 2023 will be published on April 30, 2024.
