The Management Board of Quantum software S.A. (hereinafter: “Company”; “Issuer”) informs that today it was informed that the company Quantum Qguar sp. o.o. based in Krakow (hereinafter: “Quantum”, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Issuer) is indicated as a subcontractor for the project of a consortium of companies: M -LOGISTIC sp. o.o. (consortium leader), Polskie Zakłady Zbożowe Lubella GMW sp. o.o. sp. k., Tymbark MWS sp. o.o. sp. k. Branch in Olsztynek (hereinafter: “Consortium”) pt. “Research and development works on the automation of logistic processes using intelligent algorithms and device prototypes in the distributed distribution center structure” under the Intelligent Development Operational Program 2014-2020, Measure 1.1: “R & D projects of enterprises”, Sub-measure 1.1.1: “Industrial research and development work carried out by enterprises “. This project was qualified by the National Center for Research and Development on the list of projects selected for co-financing that met the selection criteria and obtained the required number of points under the Intelligent Development Operational Program 2014-2020.
The expected remuneration of Quantum for the completion of works is PLN 2,611,200.00 (say: two million six hundred and thirty one thousand two hundred zlotys) net. The assumed date of completion of the Quantum share in the above-mentioned the project is December 31, 2020.
In the near future, the Consortium is awaiting the signing of an appropriate agreement regarding the implementation of the aforementioned The Issuer will inform about the fact of its signing by a separate current report.
