The Management Board of Quantum software S.A. (the Company) announces that on reference to the resolution of August 23, 2018 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Quantum Qguar Ltd. based in Cracow (later: „Quantum Qguar”), the company made a dividend payment for 2017 in amount of 1.965.625,84 PLN less the previously paid advance payment in the amount of 500.000 PLN (about which the Issuer informed in current report no 24/2017).
Quantum Qguar Ltd. is a 100% subsidiary of the Issuer.
The payment of the dividend will have an impact on the Issuer’s financial result for the third quarter of 2018.
