Legal grounds: Art. 56, sec 1 p 2 of the Act concerning public tenders – current and confident information
The Management Board of Quantum software S.A. (the Issuer) announces that today he received information from the company „Quantum Qguar Ltd.” (subsidiary of the Issuer) (“Company”), that her Management Board on 27th of December 2018 adopted a resolution to pay to the sole shareholder an advance on the anticipated dividend for 2018 year in amount of 800 000,00 PLN. The advance payment towards the dividend will be made till 31 December 2018.
