Legal basis: Article 56 para. 1 point 2 of the Act on the offer – current and periodic information
The management board of Quantum software S.A. based in Krakow (“Issuer”) announces that today it received information from “Quantum Qguar Ltd.” (a 100% subsidiary of the Issuer) (“Company”) that its Management Board on 22/12/2017 adopted a resolution to pay to the sole shareholder an advance on the expected dividend for the fiscal year 2017 in the amount of PLN 500,000.00 (in words: five hundred thousand PLN).
The payment of the advance payment towards the dividend will take place by 31 December 2017.
