Legal basis: art. 56 sec. 1 point 2 of the Act on the offer – inf. current and periodic
The management board of Quantum software S.A. with its registered office in Kraków (“Issuer”) announces that on December 11, 2017, it sold its shares in EQ System East Ltd. based in Krakow. As a result of the transaction, the Issuer sold 48 (forty-eight) shares constituting 44.86% of the share capital of the company under the name EQ System East Ltd. with its registered office in Kraków, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for Kraków – Śródmieście in Kraków, XI Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000486510 (the “Company”).
The Issuer sold to the Buyer all 48 (forty-eight) shares held for the total price of PLN 16,464.00 (say: sixteen thousand four hundred sixty-four zlotys 00/100), i.e. for the price of PLN 343.00 (in words: three hundred and forty-three zlotys) 00/100) for one share. As a result of the transaction, the Issuer no longer holds shares in this Company. The company, founded in 2013, has been operating for almost a few years (due to the conflict in Ukraine).
