The Management Board of Quantum software S.A. with its registered office in Krakow (the “Issuer”) informs that today it received information from the company “Quantum Qguar Ltd.” (a 100% subsidiary of the Issuer) (the “Company”) that its Management Board on 19.12.2019 adopted a resolution on the payment of an advance to the sole shareholder against the expected dividend for the financial year 2019 in the amount of EUR 200,000.00 (in words : two hundred thousand Euro).
The payment of an advance dividend will be made by December 31, 2019.
