The Management Board of Quantum software SA (Company) informs that the Extraordinary General Meeting of Quantum software SA on December 16, 2019 adopted resolution No. 4 regarding the payment of dividend to the Company’s shareholders (Resolution).
The Extraordinary General Meeting decided to pay a dividend to the Company’s shareholders in the amount of PLN 0.82 per share. The dividend will be paid out in the amount of PLN 1 078 193.40 from the undivided part of the Company’s profit for 2018. Pursuant to the Resolution, the dividend day shall be December 20, 2019, and the dividend payment date shall be December 23, 2019. The dividend covered 1,314,870 shares of Quantum software SA.
