The Management Board of Quantum software S.A. with the seat in Cracow (the “Company”) acting in the execution of the obligations under Article. 19 para. 3 Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (‘Regulation on market abuse’) and repealing Directive 2003/6 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directive 2003 / 124 / WE, 2003/125 / EC and 2004/72 / EC (“MAR Regulation”) hereby informs that today the Company received a notification pursuant to art. 19 para. 1 MAR Regulation (“Notifications”) from a person discharging managerial responsibilities.
