The Management Board of Quantum software SA with its registered office in Cracow (“Issuer”) hereby publishes information about the registration by the District Court for Cracow – Śródmieście in Cracow, subscription for the subsidiary company “Quantum Qguar Ltd.” (“Subsidiary” ) newly created 8,800 (eight thousand eight hundred) shares in the company “Qcadoo Limited Ltd.” based in Cracow (“Qcadoo”). So far, the Subsidiary owned 47 shares in this company. The purpose of acquiring shares in Qcadoo is to acquire and develop know-how and synergy in the field of MES class systems offered to small and medium enterprises in the SaaS methodology.
