The Management Board of Quantum software SA (“Issuer”, “Company”) informs that the Company has received from its shareholder – Quantum Assets Ltd. submission of candidates for the current Members of the Supervisory Board of Quantum software SA:
- Mr. Leopold Kutyła,
- Mr. Tomasz Polończyk,
- Mr. Marcin Buczkowski,
- Mr. Henryk Gaertner,
- Mr. Andrzej Ruciński
for Members of the Supervisory Board of Quantum software SA for a new term of office.
The candidatures were submitted for consideration on the agenda of the Ordinary General Meeting of Quantum software SA convened for June 14, 2022.
All of the above the candidates agreed to stand for and perform the function of a Member of the Supervisory Board of Quantum software SA. They also submitted a declaration of meeting the criteria for candidates for a Supervisory Board Member.
Enclosed, the Issuer provides the candidates’ CVs along with statements on the fulfillment of the legally required criteria for candidates for Supervisory Board Members.
