Management Board of Quantum software S.A. (“Company”) informs that today it received a communication from the Operational Department of the National Depository for Securities S.A. (“KDPW”) informing that on May 23, 2022, the National Depository for Securities will register 50 000 series E ordinary bearer shares with a nominal value of PLN 0,50 each (“Series E Shares”) marked with the ISIN code “PLQNTUM00018”.
At the same time, the Management Board of the Company informs about the fulfillment of the condition for the registration of Series E Shares with the National Depository for Securities on May 23, 2022, provided for in the Resolution of the Management Board of the Stock Exchange No. 461/2022 regarding the introduction of the Company’s Series E Shares to trading on the main market.
