In connection with the current report no. 2/2023, concerning the decision on commencement of the strategic options review (hereinafter: “the Review”), the Management Board of Quantum software SA (hereinafter: “the Issuer”) informs about the conclusion today with the company PwC Advisory sp. z o.o. sp.k. with its registered office in Warsaw (further: “the Advisor”) an agreement for consulting in the Review process.
According to the agreement, the Advisor will support the Issuer in the analysis of strategic options, including communication with potential entities interested in developing the Issuer’s strategy. The Issuer’s Management Board will provide relevant current reports on the progress of the subsequent stages of the Review, in accordance with applicable law.
