Pursuant to art 34 sec 1 of Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated October 19, 2005 on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities, Quantum software Management Board announces that Resolution no 728/2007 WSE Management Board dated on 21 September 2007, on 25 September 2007 bearer shares will be introduced to public trading with net value 0,50 groszy:
a) 250.000 series B shares
b) 470.000 series C shares
Under condition that on 25 September 2007 , National deposit of securities will register series B and C shares under ?PLQNTUM00018? code.
Nevertheless, the Company informs that accompanying to Resolution no 727/2007 of WSE Management Board dated on 21 September 2007, the last day of rights to shares series C under PLQNTUM00026 code is 24 September 2007.
