Management Board announces that Supervisory Board on 12 September 2007 pursuant to Company?s Articles of Associations, passed resolution appointing Biel Audyt Ltd seated in Cracow, Walerego Sławka 3A, as an investigator of the financial statements of the Quantum software SA for the following dates: 30 June 2007 and 31 December 2007.
Appointed certified auditor is on the National Auditors List under 3129 no. The Company has been cooperating with Biel Audyt since 2006.
Appointment was made with accordance to relevant law and professional norms.
