Quantum software Management Board announces that on May 26 2008, the Board of Supervisors acting to pursuant art. 382 Commercial Companies Code and sec XXXIX p 9 the Company?s Articles of Associations decided as follows:
(I) to plead Biel Audyt, seated in Cracow, Walerego Slawka 3A, on subject where undersigned contract for financial reports of Quantum software SA?s on June 30 2008 and 31st December 2008 will be signed,
(II) called subject above is authorized by the National Board of Auditors under No 3129
