Quantum software SA?s Management Board announces that on May 19th 2008 received information from Quantum East Limited liability (called ?the Company?), that on May 8th 2008 the District Court for Kraków – Śródmiescie, XI Economic Division of the National Court Register, registered increase of basic capital by 220 000 polish zloty. New issued shares in 4400 units, Quantum software SA takes over 2 934 units, the rest (1 466 units) is taken by natural person. By basic capital increase Quantum East Ltd. received 220 000 Polish zloty.
Basic capital increase registration by the District Court, concluded the capital value of 270 000 Polish zloty, divided to 3 601 shares, bearer share at the par value 50,00 zloty.
