Management Board of Quantum software S.A. with its seat in Cracow (“Issuer”) announces that it has received information from the company “Quantum Qguar Ltd.” (a 100% subsidiary of the Issuer) (“Company”) that its Management Board today adopted a resolution on the payment of an advance payment to the sole shareholder on the expected dividend for the financial year 2021 in the amount of PLN 1 100 000 (in words: one million one hundred thousand PLN) and dividends from the Company’s Reserve Capital in the amount of PLN 390 000 (say: three hundred and ninety thousand PLN). The payment date is set for December 30, 2021.
