Management Board of Quantum software S.A. with its seat in Krakow (“Company”), informs about receiving from persons discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company notifications pursuant to Art. 19 paragraph 1 of the MAR Regulation, drawn up in connection with the implementation of the Company’s Incentive Program, about which the Company informed in current reports No. 9/2021 of November 22, 2021 and No. 10/2021 of December 7, 2021.
