Legal basis: Art. 56 section 1 point 2 of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information
Management Board of Quantum software S.A. with its seat in Cracow (“Company”, “Issuer”), acting pursuant to § 80 sec. 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757), hereby provides the dates submission of periodic reports in 2021:
- Individual annual report for 2022 – 04/28/2023
- Consolidated annual report for 2022 – 04/28/2021.
- Consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2023 – 05/30/2021.
- Consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2023 – 09/29/2021
- Consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2023 – 11/24/2021
Pursuant to the provisions of 62 sec. 1 and 3 of the above-mentioned Regulation, the Company will not publish separate individual quarterly reports and separate individual semi-annual reports. Consolidated quarterly reports will include quarterly financial information, while the consolidated semi-annual report will include half-yearly financial statements together with a report on the review of the entity authorized to audit financial statements.
Moreover, pursuant to § 79 sec. 2 of the above-mentioned Regulation, the Issuer’s Management Board will not publish a consolidated quarterly report for the second and fourth quarters of the financial year.
