The Executive Board of Quantum software S.A. informs that, on March 15, 2012, Acting pursuant to the Statute of the Company, the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted the resolution concerning the selection of AUXILIUM AUDYT Barbara Szmurło, Jadwiga Faron ? Spółka Komandytowa with the registered office in Krakow, Al. Pokoju 84 as the entity with which a contract would be signed as regards the audit of the unit and consolidated financial statements for the 1st half of 2012 and the audit of the unit and consolidated financial statements for 2012. The selected entity is entered on the list of entities authorized to audit financial statements of the National Chamber of Chartered Auditors under the number 3436.
The choice was made in line with the legal regulations and professional standards in force. Legal basis: Par. 5 clause 1 sub-clause 19 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of February 19, 2009 on the current and periodical information communicated by issuers of securities and prerequisites of classification as equivalent of the information required under the legal regulations of a state other than a member state.
