The Executive Board of Quantum software SA informs that an agreement was signed between the Issuer and Zakłady Tłuszczowe Kruszwica S.A. on March 5, 2012.
The object of the agreement is the sales and implementation of computer systems supporting the management of the storage logistics (QGUAR WMS) and the management of the transport logistics (QGUAR TMS).
The agreement shall be in force until the completion of the implementation works whose completion is planned at the end of January 2013.
The contract value amounts to PLN 2,301,857.82.
The settlement of amounts due will take place in stages on the basis of the work schedule upon the acceptance of subsequent stages.
Zakłady Tłuszczowe Kruszwica S.A. is a part of the BUNGE concern, a global leader in the processing of oilseeds. It is the largest producer of vegetable fats in Poland and one of the largest ones in Central Europe. It specialized in the production of bottled oils, margarines and fats for industrial purposes.
The transgression of 10% of the value of Issuer?s equities was the adopted criterion of a significant agreement.
