Quantum software Management Board informs that on January 18, 2012 was informed that a person from the managerial level of the Company, having an access to the confidential information bought at the Warsaw Stock Exchange in total 223 of its shares, in following transactions:
- 30 shares for the average rate 10,30 PLN per share
- 48 shares for the average rate 10,20 PLN per share
- 50 shares for the average rate 9,90 PLN per share
- 45 shares for the average rate 9,20 PLN per share
- 50 shares for the average rate 7,05 PLN per share
