Quantum software Management Board informs that on January 30, 2013 was informed that a person from the managerial level of the Company, having an access to the confidential information bought at the Warsaw Stock Exchange on 2012 in total 218 of its shares, in following transactions:
- 18 shares for the average rate 6,35 PLN per share
- 100 shares for the average rate 6,00 PLN per share
- 100 shares for the average rate 5,19 PLN per share
