Quantum software S.A.?s Management Board announces that on 6-th of October 2011 registered the company Mobeelizer Sp. z o.o. The share capital is 1.092.000 PLN(one million ninty-two thousand PLN )and is divided into 10.920 (ten thousand nine hundred twenty) shares with a nominal value of 100 PLN (one hundred PLN)each.
The Foundation of Instytut Karpacki has covered 5.320 (five thousand three hundred twenty) shares with the total nominal value 532.000 (five thousand thirty-two PLN) and cover them in full in cash.
The company Quantum Mobile Solutions Sp. z o.o. has covered 5.600 (five thousand six hundred) shares with the total nominal value 560.000 PLN (five thousand sixty PLN) and cover them:
a) in part by non-cash contribution, with a total value 280.000 PLN (two thousand eighty PLN)
b) in part with cash in the amount of 280.000 PLN (two thousand eighty PLN)
The objects of the company will be, inter alia:
activities related to software, activities related to the consultancy, web portals and other services in the field of information technology and computer.
