Quantum software S.A. Management Board informs that the Supervisory Board passed on 5 September 2011 a resolution on the amendment of the Rules of the Program Management Option.
Pursuant to Resolution No. 18 Annual General Meeting of 30 June 2011 on the authorization of the Supervisory Board to amend the Rules of the Program Management Option, the Supervisory Board passed a resolution on amendment to the Regulations through an extension of the Management Option Program till 2012 without increasing the number of warrants and the shares offered to program participants.
