The Management Board of Quantum software SA registered to the District Court for Krakow the city of Kraków, XI Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number 0000136768 acting pursuant to art. 56 sec. 1 point 1 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on the public offer and conditions for introducing financial instruments to organized trading system and on public companies informs that it has obtained information about the entry on 15th of July 2014 the company Quantum Qguar Ltd. to the District Court for Krakow the city of Kraków, XI Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number 0000516717 with the share capital 5.000 PLN. Quantum software S.A. is the sole shareholder that holds 100 shares of the nominal value 50 PLN each and the total nominal value 5.000 PLN.
Establishment of Quantum Qguar Ltd. was to implement the resolution No. 17 of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders Quantum software S.A. from 6th of June 2014 to build the structure of the group holding Quantum which the resolution was made public in the current report no 16/2014.
