The Management Board of Quantum software S.A. (Issuer) informs that on December 14, 2016, the Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders of the subsidiary Quantum Qguar Ltd. based in Krakow, decided to pay a dividend for 2015 in the amount of PLN 1 875 585.51 (in words: one million eight hundred seventy five thousand five hundred and eighty five zlotys 51/100).
The position of the Partner (Issuer) containing the justification for adopting the relevant resolution was included in the content of the report. According to this position, the payment of the dividend will allow the release of financial resources currently allocated in the reserve capital, which can be used by the Issuer in particular for the purpose of making settlements related to the amounts acquired in the current year by Quantum Qguar sp. O.o. own shares of the Issuer. The decision in this respect will be made by the appropriate bodies of Quantum software S.A.
The payment of the dividend will affect the entity’s financial result.
Quantum Qguar Ltd. is 100% dependent on the Issuer.
