The Management Board of Quantum software SA (Issuer) informs that yesterday terminated the contract concluded on 24th of August 2009 about the performance of activities Issuer’s Animator with the Noble Securities S.A. Brokerage House.
At the same time on 29th of September 2016 the Issuer has signed the new contract with BDM S.A. Brokerage House. The animator will be performed by Brokerage House pursuant to the applicable provisions of law as well as the provisions of the Stock Exchange Regulations and other regulations issued by the Financial Supervision Commission the competent authorities of the Stock Exchange and the National Depository for Securities S.A.
The agreement was concluded for an indefinite period and will be valid from the date of 10.03.2016 r unless the Management Board has not objected to the exercise by the Issuer’s Animator activities specified in the contract. The parties have agreed to terminate the contract with the possibility of two months’ notice, effective at the end of the month.
