The management board of Quantum software S.A. with its registered office in Kraków (“Issuer”) announces that today it received information from “Quantum Qguar sp. o.o.” (a 100% subsidiary of the Issuer) that the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Quantum Qguar sp. o.o. has today passed a resolution to pay dividends for the sole shareholder for the financial year 2018, in the amount of PLN 2 458 925.22 (in words: two million four hundred fifty eight thousand nine hundred twenty five zlotys 22/100) net.
