The Quantum Software S.A. Management Board informs it has gained knowledge that the total value of agreements concluded by Quantum Qguar sp. z o.o. (based in Cracow), its subsidiary, with companies: from Group MASPEX WADOWICE in the last 12 months exceeded 10% of the Issuer’s equity capital amounting as at 31th of December 2015 to PLN 10.085.257,38, which means that it has met the criterion under § 9.8 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic reporting.
The agreement with the highest value is the license agreement of 29th of February 2016 or the right to use a computer system for machine management ? QGUAR, amounting to PLN 150.000,00. The agreement is a standard service provided by the Issuer’s subsidiary within its core business activity on arm’s length terms and conditions applicable to agreements of its kind.
According to § 2 point 44 a) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic reporting a criterion for considering the agreement as significant is the value of the Issuer’s equity.
