The Management Board of Quantum software S.A. with its registered seat in Kraków (hereinafter: ?Quantum software S.A.?)communicate to the public, that today the Company received an information that Mr. Piotr Nadolski has resignated from the Supervisory Board of Quantum software.
Mr. Piotr Nadolski has declared that till 25th of June 2015 he will act as a supervisory board member i.e. until the appointment of a new member of the Supervisory Board at the Annual General Meeting of Quantum software S.A.
