Quantum software S.A. (“Company”) informs that today received information from its subsidiary Quantum Qguar Ltd. based in Kraków (“Quantum”), that Polski Fundusz Rozwoju S.A. (“PFR”) has successfully verified that Quantum meets the conditions for receiving a financial subsidy in the amount of PLN 1,193,519.00 (in words: one million one hundred ninety three thousand five hundred and nineteen PLN 00/100). The subsidy was granted from public funds in connection with the effects of the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic and under the “PFR Financial Shield” program.
