Legal basis: Article 56 paragraph 1 item 2 of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information
The Management Board of Quantum software S.A. with its registered office in Cracow (“Company”, “Issuer”), acting pursuant to § 80 para. 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the law of a non-member state (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757) hereby gives the dates submitting periodic reports in 2020:
- Individual annual report for 2019 – 20.04.2020.
- Consolidated annual report for 2019 – 20.04.2020.
- Consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2020 – 29.05.2020.
- Consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2020 – 30.09.2020.
- Consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2020 – November 20, 2020
Pursuant to the provisions of 62 para. 1 and 3 of the above-mentioned Regulation, the Company will not submit separate standalone quarterly reports and a separate standalone semi-annual report. The consolidated quarterly reports will contain quarterly financial information, while the consolidated semi-annual report will contain the semi-annual financial statement together with the report on the review of the entity authorized to audit the financial statement.
In addition, pursuant to par. 79 par. 2 of the above-mentioned Regulation, the Issuer’s Management Board will not submit a consolidated quarterly report for the second and fourth quarter of the financial year.
