The Management Board of Quantum software S.A. (the Issuer) informs the public about the registration by the District Court for Cracow – Śródmieście in Cracow, acquisition by a subsidiary under the name of “Quantum Qguar sp. o.o.” (“Subsidiary”) of newly created 450 (say: four hundred and fifty) shares in the company “Quantum I-Services Ltd.” based in Cracow („Quantum I-Services”) with a nominal value 1 000,00 PLN every share. So far, the subsidiary company had 1,500 shares in this company (100%). Acquisition of shares in Quantum I-Services is part of the Group’s investment plan.
