Quantum software SA?s Management Board announces that on 11 March 2008 limited liability company under the company name of Quantum International with its registered seat in Kiev, Ukraine.
Issuer dependant company ? Quantum East Sp. z o.o. (where issuer holds 66,7 % of shares) holds 100% Quantum International shares, that constitute 100% of the share capital and 100% of votes at the meeting of shareholders. The share capital of Quantum International amounts to 51 510 UAH. The subject of matter of activities is sale and implementation of IT solutions offered by Quantum software. Issuer intend to increase the share capital in Quantum East and Quantum International.
The shares where considered as significant due to the fact that Quantum East Sp. z o.o. exceeded 20% in the share capital of Quantum International.
