Legal basis: Art. 56 section 1 point 2 of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information
Management Board of Quantum software S.A. (hereinafter: “the Company” or “the Issuer”) informs that on June 14, 2022 the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company, acting pursuant to Art. 385 § 1 of the Commercial Companies Code and point XXVI section 6 of the Articles of Association of the Company appointed for a new, joint, three-year term of office the following Members of the Supervisory Board:
- Lepold Kutyła – Chairman of the Supervisory Board,
- Tomasz Polończyk – Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board,
- Marcin Buczkowski – Member of the Supervisory Board,
- Henryk Gaertner – Member of the Supervisory Board,
- Andrzej Ruciński – Member of the Supervisory Board.
All candidates agreed to be a candidate and declared that they do not conduct any other activity outside the Issuer’s enterprise, which is competitive to the activity performed at Quantum software S.A. They stated that they do not participate in a company competitive to the Issuer as a partner in a civil partnership, partnership, capital company and do not participate in a legal person competitive to the Issuer as a member of its governing body, are not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
The education, qualifications and positions previously held by the newly appointed members of the Supervisory Board, along with a description of their professional career, are indicated in the CVs attached to this report.
