Pursuing to &5 section 1 pt 22) of the Regulation issued by the Minister of Finance on 19 February 2010 concerning current and periodical information pertaining to companies traded on the stock exchange, Quantum software Management Board hereby informs about appointing member of its Management Board.
On March, 15, 2010 the Supervisory Board decided to appoint Quantum software Management Board for the new term:
- Tomasz Hatala – President
- Bogusław Ożóg ? Vice President
- Marek Jędra ? Vice President
- Tomasz Mnich ? Member of the Management Board
The Supervisory Board decided that the new term starts on March 19,2010.
Tomasz Hatala has been President and CEO of the Quantum software since 1997. Between 1993 and 1997 he worked as a programmer in Quantum Ltd. in Warsaw, in 1993 as an IT Specialist in Montex Ltd in Cologne. From 1989 to 1993 he was programmer in Maszachaba Ltd. Afterward, In 1997 he has started his career in setting up Quantum software SA in Krakow. Moreover, Mr Hatala has been a partner in Quantum Assets (until year 2003 functioned under D Logistics Services) since year 1999. Mr Hatala holds Master?s degree in Computer Science from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow. To the best of the company’s knowledge Mr. Hatala is not in competition with the issuer and is not listed in the National Register of Debtors.
Bogusław Ożóg has been working as Vice President and Product Development Director at the Quantum software since 1997. From 1993 to 1997 he worked as a programmer and IT systems specialist at the Quantum Ltd. and from 1990 to 1993 he worked as a programmer and IT systems designer for PIW Fortech. Moreover, Mr Ożóg has been a partner in Quantum Assets (until year 2003 functioned under D Logistics Services) since year 1999. Mr Ożóg is a graduate of the Computer Science Faculty from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow. To the best of the company’s knowledge Mr. Ożóg is not in competition with the issuer and is not listed in the National Register of Debtors.
Marek Jędra has been Vice President and Marketing Director in Quantum software since 1997. From 1994 to 1997 he worked as programmer in Quantum Ltd. in Warsaw. Before starting his career with Quantum software, from year 1992 to 1995 he was a partner in Kriger Ltd and from 1990 to 1992 he was a partner in Vagabond. Moreover, Mr Jędra has been a partner in Quantum Assets (until year 2003 functioned under D Logistics Services) since year 1999. Mr Jędra completed 3 semesters of the Faculty of Biology and Earth Sciences at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. To the best of the company’s knowledge Mr. Jędra is not in competition with the issuer and is not listed in the National Register of Debtors.
Tomasz Mnich has been covering function of Member of the Management Board at the Quantum software since year 2005. Mr. Mnich has been committed to the Quantum software since 1997 as Project Manager and in year 2000 advanced his career to Director of Implementation Department Position. Between 1994 and 1997 he was programmer at the Quantum Ltd. in Warsaw. Moreover, Mr Mnich has been a partner in Quantum Assets (until year 2003 functioned under D Logistics Services) since year 1999. Mr. Mnich holds Master?s degree in Electronics from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow. To the best of the company’s knowledge Mr. Mnich is not in competition with the issuer and is not listed in the National Register of Debtors.
