Legal basis – Art. 56 section 1 point 2 of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information
The Management Board of Quantum software SA (hereinafter: the “Issuer”) informs that today, i.e. June 29, 2023, the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Quantum software SA adopted a resolution on the appointment of Mr. Tomasz Mołata to the current term of office of the Supervisory Board of the Company .
Mr. Tomasz Mołata agreed to be a candidate for a member of the Issuer’s Supervisory Board. According to the submitted declarations, the newly appointed Member of the Supervisory Board does not conduct any activity competitive to the Issuer, and does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil law partnership, partnership or as a member of a competitive capital company or a member of a governing body of any competitive legal person, nor is he entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors. Information about the education, qualifications and professional career of the new Member of the Supervisory Board is provided by the Issuer in the attachment.
Legal basis: § 10 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of April 20, 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the law of a non-member state.
