Quantum software Management Board, hereby informs that on 28 February 2009, Act no 33 sec. 259 Minister of Finance Decree published on 19 Feb 2009 concerning current and periodical information pertaining to companies traded on the stock exchange, sets new terms of financial reports in 2009:

Quantum software Management Board hereby informs, that in reference to § 83 of the Minister of Finance Decree of February 19, 2005 on concerning current and periodical information pertaining to companies traded on the stock exchange presents in the year 2009 consolidated quarterly reports including extracts from quarterly reports as well as to present the consolidated interim report for the first half of 2009 including extracts from interim report referred to the Decree.
