Pursuant to par 39 sec 1 p 2 Financial Authority Act of current and periodical information, Quantum software Management Board (Issuer) announces that on 3 August 2007 received information from the District Court for Kraków – Śródmiescie, XI Economic Division of the National Court Register on 2nd August 2007 in case of Company?s Articles of Association change.
Amendment were registered upon Issuer request on Resolution no 2 of the EMS from 28 June 2007.
Section X and section XII p 2 of the Issuer Articles of Association was as follows:
Section X:
?Basic capital of the Company shall be 500,000.00 (seven hundred and thirty five thousand zlotys) divided into:

750,000 (seven hundred and fifty thousand) Series A registered Stock at the par value of 0.50 (zero zlotys and fifty groszys) each, numbered with consecutive numbers from 1 to 750,000,

250,000 (two hundred and fifty thousand) Series B registered Stock at the par value of 0.50 (zero zlotys and fifty groszys) each, numbered with consecutive numbers from 1 to 250,000;?
Section XII p 2
“Series B registered stock, numbered with consecutive numbers from 1 to 250,000, shall be common stock.”
