Admission and introduction of series D shares to trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange

The Management Board of Quantum software S.A. announces that according to the National Depository for Securities S.A. announcement on 27 December 2010 and Warsaw Stock Exchange on 28 December 2010, 10.757 common bearer Quantum software S.A. shares of series D were introduced on regular basis to trading on 29 December 2010 and registered on the same day and mark with a code PLQNTUM00018. Total amount of registered shares after registration is 730.757
